Meet The Team
BDG Constructions are very proud of our dedicated and customer focused team, many of whom have been with us for more than 13 years.
While we don’t have space to describe them all here, our construction team (including site managers) are all long standing employees of BDG and as such understand both our commitment to quality and that the wishes of our clients are paramount. Once your project begins our highly qualified staff will ensure your project is built to exacting standards. With frequent progress updates and onsite meetings we are able to monitor every detail of the project and schedule.
Brett Godden – Builder
With over 25 years industry experience, Brett is the builder and construction manager for BDG Constructions.
Brett’s passion for turning an ordinary home into something extraordinary is what drives the entire team to deliver high quality and uniquely individual renovations. He is committed to listening carefully to what clients want from their new home and how their lifestyle can be matched exactly with the design. However he is also quick to lend his expertise and offer advice if there is any way that your project can be improved, whether it be in efficiency, design or in life long value.
Brett is well known within the local community and provides leadership through an ongoing commitment the local scout group, as well as supporting schools, kindergartens and other local community groups.
Lisa Ollerenshaw – Office Manager/Client Liaison
After 21 years working in the field of quality control (developing standards and systems to ensure the highest standards of quality for household name organisations), Lisa renovated her home in 2005 – and the builder she used to do so was none other than BDG Constructions. During the renovation, Lisa and her family lived in the home, so she genuinely understands not only the building process but the situations that renovating clients face. The good relationship Lisa formed with BDG, her desire to join a family orientated business that she really believed in, and her true passion for interior design and renovations resulted in Lisa joining the BDG team as Office Manager / Client Liaison.
Lisa holds tertiary qualifications in applied science and post-graduate qualifications in a range of business areas.
Lisa is the lynch pin that ensures that the process of unveiling your new home is an exciting and stress-free one. She is your central contact throughout the entire project and will ensure that you are communicated to and consulted regularly, including weekly or fortnightly meetings with both Lisa and your project manager to ensure you are fully informed every step of the way.
BDG Site Supervisors
Almost all the tradesmen on BDG sites are long standing employees. In particular, each of our Site Supervisors began with the company as an apprentice showing exceptional attention to detail and skilful workmanship as well as excellent communication skills and leadership qualities.
Each of our Site Supervisors is fully committed to their assigned project, remaining with it from commencement to completion, to ensure the best and fastest possible result for our valued clients.
Campbell Peberdy – Site Supervisor
Campbell has over 13 years experience in the high quality building standards embodied by BDG Constructions. He became qualified after fulfilling his apprenticeship in early 2006, and went on to complete further qualifications in the industry, holding a Certificate IV in Construction.
Campbell is married with 2 children and is renovating his recently purchased second home. Our clients tell us that Campbell is a calming influence on their building site, and is very approachable. Campbell has a great sense of humour and our clients love his good nature and work ethic.
